Lineville Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor who is deeply rooted in his faith and wholeheartedly devoted to Jesus and the Great Commission. He must be an ordained pastor with the appropriate education and experience as a Lead Pastor. He must be willing to love and lead our multi-generational church. Lineville Baptist Church is a historical church centered on the Gospel and focused on missions in our community and around the world. We are engaged in discipling and equipping one another so we can impact our community and the world for Jesus Christ. Our next pastor must align with God’s vision and be willing to work within the leadership framework of the church. He must be able to preach the Gospel and teach God’s word in an expository manner. He must be led by the Holy Spirit and be ready to shepherd and keep unity within our congregation. He must demonstrate responsible stewardship and healthy relationships within the church, his home, and the community.
