First Baptist Church of Pinson is in search of a full-time Minister of Youth/Associate Pastor.
As Minister of Youth, the minister is responsible for planning and implementing a ministry to middle and high school students that presents the gospel, encourages spiritual growth, and engages students through Bible Study, participation in ministry events, participation in the community, and participation in events that provide an opportunity for student enrichment in a safe, fun environment.
In the Associate Pastor role, the minister is responsible for assisting the Senior Pastor and other staff in developing a comprehensive plan of evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and worship that aligns with the vision of the church.
Applicants must have or be in pursuit of a seminary degree from a Southern Baptist Convention or State Baptist Convention-supported University.
