This conference will launch an intentional effort to resource Pastors with the tools and information needed to flourish as a leader. Pastors will be introduced to the 4 P’s of Leadership: Person, Pastor, Preacher, and Pathfinder.
Person: Intentionally relating to God and others and growing in an emotionally healthy way.
Pastor: Intentionally shepherd the sheep assigned to you.
Preacher: Preaching with intentionality.
Pathfinder: Strategically leading with intentionality.
Following the conference each of the P’s (Person, Pastor, Preacher, Pathfinder) will have their own stand-alone day of training. The Conference will be led by Ken Allen, Director of LeaderCare and Rob Jackson, Director of Church Health.
