State Missionary Ken Allen came to the State Board of Missions in September 2019 and is the director of the Office of Leadercare. Ken will be working in the areas of leadership Development, Coaching, Strategic Planning, and Bi-vocational Ministry Ken and his wife, Sandra Allen, are members of Nazareth Baptist Church, Rainsville. They have four children.
