State Missionary Bryan Blass serves as the director of the office of LeaderCare. He is able to assist Alabama Baptists in the areas of leadership development, bivocational ministry, conflict management, church minister relationships and church administration. Originally from Monroeville, Bryan and his wife, Jean, have one daughter.
