Hepzibah Baptist Church in McCalla, Alabama is seeking a passionate and dedicated Praise and Worship Leader (man or woman) to lead our congregation in meaningful worship experiences through music. The ideal candidate will possess strong musical skills, a deep understanding of Christian worship, and the ability to inspire and guide our worship team and congregation, creating a spiritually enriching environment at Hepzibah Baptist.

Job Requirements:
1. Maintain a strong personal relationship with Jesus, demonstrating mature Christian character.
2. Ability to lead worship alone, leading congregational singing while playing either guitar or keyboard.
3. Team player who works well with praise team and pastor.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Willing to join and plug into the life of Hepzibah Baptist Church.
Job Description:
1. Lead, plan, and implement all music for Sunday morning worship services
2. Lead and mentor a team of musicians, vocalists, and technical staff, providing direction and feedback during rehearsals and services.
3. Conduct regular rehearsals with the worship team to ensure musical proficiency and spiritual preparedness for services.
4. Potential time commitment 6-10 hours per week, including Sunday morning service and Wednesday night practice.
