Camp Baldwin is a Christian camp and retreat ministry of the Baldwin Baptist Association and we offer summer camp opportunities for children and youth groups from churches around the southeast. We are located on beautiful Wolf Bay in Elberta, Alabama and are just minutes away from the white sands of Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast beaches. This position is a 10 week seasonal position typically working 40 hours per week that includes salary, on campus housing, most meals, training, uniforms and weekly Bible study and worship opportunities.

Job Summary:
Camp Baldwin is presently looking for a dedicated, service minded student (Age 18-24) to serve as a WORSHIP LEADER INTERN. The ultimate purpose of this internship is to serve God as we serve the leaders, teachers and counselors of our summer guest groups while gaining hands on practical experience while planning and leading worship opportunities in a Christian camp environment. Camp Baldwin provides all guest groups with lodging, meals, recreational venues and general support, which allows the leadership of each group to focus directly on personalized ministry programs for their campers.
• Opportunity to gain practical experience as a worship leader
• Must be spiritually mature and pursuing future opportunities in Christian ministry
• Intern must be able to lead worship with guitar and/or piano keyboard
• Leadership role planning and leading weekly worship with camp staff and volunteers
• Select appropriate worship songs and prepare visuals for worship services
• Serve in all areas of camp ministry including recreation, food services, housekeeping, etc. in a busy Christian summer camp environment
• Opportunities to help lead summer staff in multiple areas under guidance of full time staff
• Position includes salary, on campus housing, most meals, uniforms, training and more
• Typically one off day per week
• Live close to Gulf Coast beaches and tourist destinations near Gulf Shores/Orange Beach
• Camp Baldwin willing to work with colleges/seminaries to help students get internship credit if school is willing to do partnership

Qualifications:
-Ability to work under leadership of Camp Baldwin Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director

-Skills to lead congregational worship with guitar and/or piano keyboard
