The Senior Pastor is directly responsible for providing administrative and spiritual leadership for the congregation through the following avenues:
– Primary preacher/teacher on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights
– Serve as spiritual overseer of the congregation
– Lead the church and model in planning, conducting, and evaluating various ministries of the church
– Supervise and coordinate with other ministry leaders of the church (children’s, student’s, women’s, etc.)
– Serve as moderator of the church
– Cast vision and goals for outreach, evangelism, and missions
