Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preach the Word of God and live the life of a Christian by having strong morals and Bible study.
Lead in a pastoral ministry by visiting the homebound, hospital sick, church members, and prospects.
Be available for weddings, funerals, and other special services.
Work with deacons and other church leaders/ committees in growing the church.
Oversee the management of the church's ministry, including staff, facilities, and budget.
Be evangelistic.
Take part in ongoing training.
Represent the church in the community and denomination.
