Under the supervision of the Next Generation Pastor, the High School Pastor is responsible for overseeing the spiritual development and growth of high school students at Whitesburg Baptist Church.
The High School Pastor plays a vital role in guiding and shepherding high school students in their faith journey, both within the church community and beyond. This High School Pastor should have a passion for working with young people, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep commitment to helping young people grow in their relationship with God. Ultimately, we seek to equip and empower our students be, make, and multiply disciples.
