Mount Zion Baptist Church in Hartselle, AL, immediately seeks a part-time Family and Children’s Minister. This new role will be instrumental in the continued growth of our church's ministries by providing leadership, development, and oversight of programs serving children (birth through 5th grade) and their families.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with children in a church environment, including two or more years in a leadership or coordinator role.
The primary goal of this ministry is to engage children and their families in meaningful, Christ-centered programs and activities tailored to each age group. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing children's Sunday School, children’s choir, MZBC Kids, Vacation Bible School (VBS), summer camps, and other programs that foster spiritual growth and learning.
