POSITION
Flint Hill Baptist Church is seeking a person or a family to lead our Children’s Ministry (K5-5th grade). This position is a bi-vocational role. The overall purpose is to cultivate a Children’s Ministry centered on the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:34-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
REQUIREMENTS
Passionate about loving Jesus with all your heart, soul, and mind.
Intentional about living your life for the Glory of God.
Called by God to Children’s Ministry.
Minimum of 2 years experience in leading Children’s Ministry is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Children’s Worship Service on Sunday Mornings
Support and encourage Children’s Life Group leaders
Wednesday evening Children’s activities
Vacation Bible School
Kid’s Camp in Summer
SALARY
$20,000 – $30,000 (based on Experience and Education)
