The Associate Student Minister, in collaboration with the Next Generation Pastor, fulfills the purpose and
vision of The Station Church through student ministry. This role is responsible for the spiritual
growth and development of students through weekly programs and
periodic special events. The Associate Student Minister plays a key role that includes providing vision,
leadership development among adult volunteers, and facilitating outreach and
discipleship to students. This position may focus mainly on middle school students.
