Ministry Wives from across the state gather once a month via Zoom for a time of encouragement and community as they hear from the other ministry wives and join their hearts as they pray for one another. All ministry wives are welcome. This special time is hosted by Alabama WMU.

Experience an up close and personal time with Alabama missionaries serving Internationally and within North America. These Zoom gatherings last 30 minutes and are a great way to learn more about God's work through our personnel and how to pray intentionally. Gatherings happen at 10:00 AM and again at 8:00 PM.

WMU Annual Meeting and Missions Celebration occurs every June 2 days before the Southern Baptist Convention

Connect is a time to gather with missions-minded people for a weekend of personal enrichment and leadership development. It's also a time for age-level missions discipleship and women's and girl's ministry leaders to get top-notch training. You'll also find missionary and enrichment breakout conferences, worship and compelling Bible study during general sessions.  

Help young ladies in your ministry who are gifted, godly leaders take the next step in leadership development by nominating them for the Emerging Leaders Forum. Participants sharpen their leadership gifts through Bible study and leadership exercises. Once nominations are received, invitations are sent to those selected to attend the weekend.  

One Day provides: • fresh ideas • new resources • information exchange • new leader guidance for new and experienced teachers and leaders of Women's Ministry, myMISSION, Adults on Mission, Women on Mission, Acteens, Youth on Mission, Girls in Action, Children in Action, and Mission Friends, as well as WMU directors and other general leaders.

Time to reflect, recognize, and emphasize Royal Ambassadors in your church & to involve boys in missions. To encourage RA's to live one's faith daily, have personal experience in witness & ministry, and giving & praying to support persons involved in missions.
