Farmville Baptist Church is a small but vibrant congregation located in the fast-growing Auburn/Opelika area, with a multitude of new homes and neighborhoods as well as Auburn University within a five-mile radius.
The Worship Leader is responsible to the Senior Pastor for planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive music ministry that will draw the congregation closer to God through worship.
The Worship Leader will lead in all aspects of the worship ministry including congregational singing, choir, ensembles, soloists, and instrumentalists. The ability to direct and coordinate the work of volunteers is essential. The ability to read music is preferable but not necessarily required.
