Primary Objective:
To work alongside the Executive Pastor and office staff to provide exceptional administrative support and hospitality at the church, ensuring efficient operation of the office by managing internal communications, calendars, and resources, while reflecting the church’s mission and values in all interactions with members, guests, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls and directs calls accordingly.
- Welcomes guests and answers questions; helps find the information needed.
- Allows guests into the building through the door access control system.
- Manages the church calendar.
- Maintains office supply inventory, including ordering office supplies and paper.
- Oversees the postage and print machines in the office.
- Works with the parking lot management company to allow guest parking.
- Produces agendas and minutes for church and committee meetings.
- Assists with assigned tasks for deacons’ meetings and nominations.
- Assists the Executive Pastor with administrative tasks as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and aptitude to learn other software applications
- Proof of eligibility of employment within the United States and consent for criminal background check.
