Bellview Baptist Church in McCalla is searching for a Full-Time Youth Pastor who is a devoted follower of Jesus and called by God to help shepherd and lead in vocational ministry.
We are pursuing a Full-Time Youth Pastor, but Co-Vocational or Part-Time will be considered if such candidate(s) should apply. The Youth Pastor will be responsible to lead the church’s middle and high school students (Grades 6 – 12).
This position will serve alongside our Pastoral Staff. The Youth Pastor will strive to help all students know the truth of the Gospel of Jesus and the eternal nature of their being. The Youth Pastor will teach and encourage students in the revelation and knowledge of the Gospel through Biblical, Christian teaching. The Youth Pastor will lead students to develop their love for God and for others.
The candidate will utilize the spiritual gifts, talents and abilities given to them by God for the calling He has placed on their life.
Salary Range for Full-Time: $47,000 – $57,000 (Dependent upon Education and Experience)
