Must be called by God to be Youth Director, have love for youth, not just to secure a job.
Must be able to lead music not necessary to play an instrument.
Must lead music for Sunday Worship.
Sunday night and Wednesday night work with youth.
He’s to have 1 youth event a month.
Salary of $250 per week with our vacant pastorium to sleep, rest etc.
Salary will be reevaluated after 6 months.
