Worship Pastor/Leader

Contemporary Baptist church in a rural community looking for a pastor/leader to guide our worship gatherings in a Christ-magnifying and Gospel-saturated way. There are opportunities to grow and learn as a pastor and Missional practitioner. With possible preaching and working with needs of the community. Primary responsibilities are to collaborate with lead pastor in order to provide space for intimate connection to God and His Word, as well as coordinate rehearsal for musicians etc. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with planting/replanting and engage the community on mission. This is a part-time position that has a compensation of $1000 a month with potential housing if needed.
