Applicant must have 1) clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ 2) a firm grasp of foundational doctrine and Baptist Distinctives 3) ability to organize, rehearse and lead choir 4) an understanding of how to lead the congregation in a mix of traditional hymns, modern hymns and light contemporary selections 5) a desire to grow the music program 6) a willingness to work directly under the Senior Pastor.
