Camp Baldwin is looking for young adults(18-24) who want to serve God and serve others in a fun Christian camp environment along the beautiful Gulf Coast of Alabama (Near Gulf Shores/Orange Beach). Our Summer Serve Crew serves in all areas of camp ministry including recreation, food services, housekeeping, etc. Employment package includes weekly salary, on campus housing, meals, training, Bible studies/worship and a great opportunity to build friendships to last a lifetime. Dates of employment will be 22nd through August 2nd 2026.
