Student Ministry responsibilities:
Selecting teaching materials.
Facilitating disciples who make disciples.
Organizing events/camps.
Planning outreach and missions, both locally and abroad.
Supporting students in their extracurricular activities.
Connecting with the middle and high school faculty.
Working as a liaison with College Ministry leaders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participating as a member of the ministerial team with shared responsibilities.
Managing assigned budgets.
Coordinating ministries through the church calendar.
Guiding/evaluating/equipping student ministry volunteers.
Providing pastoral care to students and their families.
Qualifications:
Evidence of a growing relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord.
Expressed call to serve students vocationally.
A heart for missions and discipleship.
Qualified as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
Adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
Willing to relocate to the Boaz, AL area.
Formal education and experience preferred.

Full-time Salary (negotiable).
