Union #3 Baptist Church is searching for an experienced full-time senior pastor who has a shepherd’s heart and who possesses a strong administrative ability. He must desire to lead the church by example in discipleship, evangelism and missions. The church runs approximately 200 to 250 people in small groups, with potential to grow. The pastor shall be a person who seeks God’s will and vision for the church and has the ability to clearly communicate that vision while leading with humility, wisdom, discernment, and courage.
