Huntsville Park Baptist Church is seeking a secretary to work part time up to 30 hours per week. Duties include answering the phone, managing email, ordering supplies, process payrolls, report taxes monthly, quarterly, and annually, pay bills and track weekly offerings. Candidates must be knowledgeable of computer technology and can use computer software including Microsoft Office Suite Products, QuickBooks, and, Membership Plus. Candidates must be able to relate to people with kindness, compassion, and gentleness, follow instructions, show initiative, able to work with others and demonstrate discretion when needed. Successful candidates will be required pass drug test and have a clear background check and credit report.
