Eastview Retirement Center (an Alabama Baptist Retirement Center) is seeking a compassionate, highly organized Property Manager to serve residents at our HUD-subsidized senior community in Montgomery. This multi-faceted role requires someone who can manage administrative duties, oversee facility needs, and reflect the love of Jesus in daily interactions with our residents. Key responsibilities include: overseeing resident leasing, intake, and file organization, planning activities and support resident physical and spiritual well-being, managing routine building maintenance and vendor coordination, and maintaining timely compliance with administrative requirements and HUD guidelines (training provided). Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and strict attention to deadlines, be proficient in basic computer software and general administration, a heart for ministry and genuine love for senior adults, and the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily needs.
