Cordova – First Baptist Church is seeking a pianist to play for our morning worship service and also our Wednesday night choir rehearsal. You will also be expected to play for special opportunities such as weddings, funerals, Christmas Eve service, and other special occasions as needed. In our morning worship we will use a variety of songs – traditional hymns, worship choruses, and modern worship songs in a blended manner that allows for a smooth flow of worship. You will also need to prepare a 1-2-mintue offertory on most Sunday's. We are blessed to have a church that loves to sing and worships passionately. Besides being our pianist, we would hope you would become active in the life of our church, participating in various ministries and discipleship opportunities, so you can grow in your walk with Christ.
