Full-Time Pastor
Our church is prayerfully seeking a full-time pastor to provide spiritual leadership, preach and teach God’s Word, shepherd our congregation, and help guide our church forward in mission and growth within our small rural community.
Responsibilities
Preach biblically sound, Christ-centered sermons
Provide pastoral care, counseling, and visitation
Lead worship services and ordinances
Disciple and equip members for ministry
Provide vision and leadership alongside deacons and church leadership
Engage the local community with the gospel
Oversee church ministries and staff (as applicable)
Qualifications
Clear calling to pastoral ministry
Strong biblical teaching and leadership ability
Heart for people, discipleship, and outreach
Agreement with church doctrinal beliefs
Prior pastoral or ministry experience preferred
