Qualifications: Must be a Christian and active in a Christian church. Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. Must enjoy and demonstrate the ability to work with young children. Experience working with groups of infants, toddlers, or preschoolers is preferred.
Hours: Mother’s Day Out Teachers work 5 hours per day – 8:30 -1:30. Additional time required periodically.
Primary Role: To plan and implement a quality program of caring for young children which provides an appropriate curriculum/environment and seeks to develop the whole child: physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually through learning activities and guidance according to “Developmentally Appropriate Practice.”
