Minister of Worship and Families

FBC Atmore is seeking a full-time Minister of Worship and Families. The church is experiencing an exciting revitalization and is ready to expand worship ministry and discipleship. This position requires a versatile minister/musician, as the church has experienced both traditional and 21st-century worship styles and desires to practice multigenerational worship. This position will serve as the second chair to the pastor. The minister in this position will have the opportunity, alongside the pastor, to encourage and equip disciple-making groups both inside and outside the walls of the church building.
