Minister of Students

Centre First Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Minister of Students who is dedicated to serve middle school and high school students. Our church seeks a man who is in full agreement with the Baptist faith and is conservative in theology. This person should be a spiritually mature leader who has a passion for leading students. We would like the minister to have formal training and/or at least two years of youth ministry experience. The minister should be able to connect with the students as well as their parents and the youth volunteers. Our student ministry has grown during recent years into a well-rounded group of students weekly averaging 75 students. The minister will be expected to teach Sunday School and hold weekly Wednesday night services as well as other responsibilities. Our church is full of dedicated volunteers who come alongside our ministers and love them well. Our youth group is already equipped with a phenomenal group of small group leaders who weekly lead groups and support their students outside of the church walls. Our desire is to hire a minister who also wants to support our students by being involved in our community and the student’s extracurricular activities. Our church is already praying for our new leader and we are confident God will send us the minister who He has called to our church.
