High School Student Pastor

Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Dothan, AL is looking to hire a full-time High School Pastor. This position will have direct oversight to all ministry in regards to 9th-12th grade students. This would include ministry with the students, volunteer leaders, and parents. We believe all three of these areas of ministry are vitally important to fulfilling the Great Commission. The goal for this position will be for them to reach people, build them up, and connect them to God’s mission. This position will report directly to the Minister of Education & Discipleship.
