Arbor Springs Baptist Church in Samantha, Alabama is searching for a full-time senior pastor to join our church family.
Position Overview:
– Filling the pulpit at all regular church services (Sunday morning/night and Wednesday night)
– Serving as the administrator to church staff and directing their work
– Conducting all church business meetings
– Holding the status of a member for all church committees and organizations
– Leading the church, as the spiritual leader of the congregation, in ministry, church ordinances, and any other churchwide services.
Requirements:
– Evident calling into the ministry
– Desire for evangelism and community outreach
– Strong, Godly leader
– Man of humility and compassion
