Director of Music

The responsibilities of the Director of Music pertaining to corporate worship include but are not limited to:

• Planning and leading music for all services and special events, including rehearsals
  • Current weekly schedule (subject to change)
    • Sunday Mornings
    • Wednesday Nights
• Selecting worship songs in accordance with sermon topics and seasonal themes
• Preparing the choir for Sunday services and special programs, including rehearsals
• Implementing their vision of a worship team/band and builds said team
• Overseeing the audio team
• Stewarding the assets of the worship ministry
• And any other activity assigned by the Senior Pastor

The Director of Music is expected to work between 10-12 hours a week. The office responsibilities for the Director of Music include but are not limited to:

• Participating in staff meetings
• Participating in church council
• Participating in member meetings
• And any other activity assigned by the Senior Pastor

The salary for the position is $9000.00.
