GENERAL OBJECTIVE

• Ignite a desire for the children to establish and develop a relationship with Christ.
• Engage and equip the parents to develop and teach a biblical worldview to the children.
• Promote and teach all aspects of our G4 Vision:  Gather, Grow, Give, and Go.
• Teach the children the character & nature of God as well as the spiritual disciplines in Scripture.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Oversee all programming and ministry for children ages 5 yrs-5th grade.
• Create environment that will facilitate spiritual growth, numerical growth, and fun.
• Maintain a strategy for reaching and assimilating new children and families.
