Camp Baldwin, located on beautiful Wolf Bay in Elberta, Alabama has an opening for a full-time Camp Services Supervisor. Camp Baldwin is a ministry of the Baldwin Baptist Association. This position will serve alongside our staff to perform all phases required for successful camp services including housekeeping, guest services, recreation, and more to serve guest groups at Camp Baldwin throughout the year.
Qualified candidates should be hard working, organized, friendly, servant hearted, ministry focused and work well with a team while also supervising and leading staff and volunteers in a Christian camp environment. Position will assist with recreation including water activities at lake and pool, kayak tours, challenge course, laser tag, gel blasters, game room, etc. Red Cross certified life guard preferred or willing to complete certification.
Employment package includes a competitive salary, on campus housing, all utilities, paid vacation and holidays, cell phone reimbursement, uniform shirts and meals when camp is serving guests. Position will serve in on call rotation and will be expected to attend staff meetings, Bible studies and other staff gatherings.
