The Minister of Music is responsible for planning and leading all worship services. Our church's music is mostly traditional in nature, but we are open to adding more contemporary music. We do expect all music to be solid, Biblically and doctrinally (Col. 3:16). We have many talented signers and musicians who are involved in our music ministry The Minister of Music will be under the supervision of the Pastor.
Qualifications:
-Passionate about knowing God and leading the congregation in thankful praise and worship
-Energized in calling on our members to use their musical gifts to glorify God
-Able to engage people in meaningful relationships to help strengthen them in the faith
-Comfortable with using Pro-Presenter and other music programs
-Able to lead a choir and praise team in hymns and more contemporary worship songs
-Clear calling to music ministry in the local church
Hours: Sunday morning worship service and Wednesday or Sunday evening choir practice.
