The Associate College Director partners with the College Pastor and Outreach Director to help make disciples of college students in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She will contribute to top-level leadership, helping to oversee ten interns and at least fifty student leaders, enhancing discipleship, student leadership culture, and student connections for a growing college ministry.
