Traditional Small Town Baptist Church meeting
May 13 @ 1:00 pm - May 14 @ 12:00 pm| $15.00
In this town, it’s Dairy Queen, not Panera Bread. Dollar General, not Target. Hardee’s coffee, not Starbucks.
If you serve a traditional church (more or less) in a small town…this conference is for you!
Pastors and their wives will focus on leadership, hiring staff on a small budget, leading and shepherding a staff through the craziness of life, high expectations for staff, low followership, and achieving longevity.
Dr. Terry Dorsett, executive director of the Baptist Convention of New England, will lead a conference on Monday afternoon about “Developing Leadership Within Your Church and Hiring Staff on a Small Budget.”
Dr. Jeff Iorg, president of Gateway Seminary, will lead the conference on Tuesday morning about “Leading Major Changes in Your Ministry”. Participants will also receive a free copy of his book with the same title.
Susan Lovett, will be leading a special session for ministers’ wive during the same time periods.
Cost of registration is $15.00.
Dinner will be provided on May 13.
