Helping Churches to be Safer Places
Helping churches to be safer places is a priority of the State Board of Missions. Here are some resources, including background check vendors, planning tools and other important documents.
The Evangelism & Discipleship team’s goals are to teach the bible, equip believers, assist churches, and to minister to families.
The Leadership Resource team develops spiritual growth resources, affirms leadership growth in ministers, and leads them to experience kingdom growth.
The Missions Mobilization team strengthens the role of the Cooperative Program, nurtures mission partnerships, and deploys Mission Volunteers.
Alabama Baptist Disaster Relief consists of highly trained, widely respected volunteers who offer help, healing, and hope in Jesus’s name.
We serve as a valuable resource for assessing, training, and coaching Alabama Baptists who are called by God to start new churches.
We stand ready to help churches that have experienced plateau or decline. State Missionaries and key leaders from across the state serve as coaches and mentors.
