The 2023 Revive Senior Adult Evangelism Conference, held May 8 atĀ First Baptist Church Birmingham, was uplifting and inspiring as always but had a special surprise at the end.
Kevin Hamm, pastor ofĀ First Baptist Church Gardendale, and JJ Washington, director of personal evangelism withĀ North American Mission Board, each brought a message. Gainesville, Georgia-based Karen Peck and New River performed the special music.Ā
Hamm shared insights about Revelation 2 and how the Church has lost its first love. Though he didnāt make light of the topic, he included some funny anecdotes.
