Literacy Missions

The different Literacy Missions Ministries are:

Adult Reading and Writing
teaching illiterate and semi-illiterate adults to read and write
English as a Second Language (ESL)
teaching non-English speakers how to speak, read and write English
Tutoring Children and Youth (TCY)
helping children and youth with their schoolwork to help them succeed and graduate from high school
Alfalit (ALF)
teaching illiterate Spanish speakers to read and write in Spanish
Citizenship (CIT)
preparing students to become U.S. citizens
Bible Storytelling
Telling Bible stories and teaching or preaching the stories
